Nevada Sunrise adds cobalt exploration to their portfolio of Nevada projects
Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp. (TSX.V: NEV) is a gold, cobalt, and lithium junior exploration company with a current portfolio of two gold exploration projects, one cobalt property and five lithium exploration projects totaling approximately 11,400 acres in Nevada, USA, one of the most mineral-rich mining regions in the world
In this interview, Warren Stanyer, President, CEO & Director of Nevada Sunrise, speaks with Hannah Bernard about the company’s diverse portfolio of projects in gold, cobalt, and lithium. The most notable project that has Warren excited is the recently acquired Lovelock Cobalt mine. Results from testing resulted in a favourable sample of 1.8% cobalt, and geophysics tests showed potential for mineralization at depth.
Warren describes Nevada as one of the best regions in the world to explore, according to the Fraser Institute. This is due to a combination of great infrastructure, highly skilled people with experience in different areas of mineral exploration, and straight forward permit processing. As a result of looking for opportunities in the area, Nevada Sunrise Gold Corp. (TSXV: NEV) now has projects in various commodities.
